Mindfulness and intention are powerful partners, and when used together to start your day they create groundedness, clarity and peace.
Start by committing to a daily practice of solitude with the intention of setting the tone for your day. Find a place and time where you won't be interrupted or tempted to rush yourself off into the days tasks and to-do's. Have a journal at hand to write down anything that comes up.
Mindfulness, intention and reflective solitude are amazing tools that will help you to stay clear about what's most important to you.
Make time for this daily practice and see what difference it makes as you meet each day with the best of who you are!
